August 2026 Product Updates

Start agents from templates, review AI-drafted replies before they're sent, answer questions from spreadsheets and route team notifications to Slack or email.

Start a new agent from a template

Pick a template, answer a short form and Codeer generates a draft agent for you to review in the Agent Editor. Templates can switch on web search, image generation, memory, text-to-speech and Knowledge Base files, so you don’t have to configure each tool by hand.

New language-learning templates help teachers set up one-question-at-a-time practice or short homework feedback, with optional TOEIC exam profiles.

AI drafts: suggested replies your team approves

When a teammate is handling a conversation, they can ask for an AI draft — a suggested reply based on the agent’s knowledge. They can refine it, edit it or discard it. Nothing is sent to the customer until a person sends it. If the agent has a published request form, a draft can also suggest that form with some fields pre-filled.

Answer questions from spreadsheets

Add CSV or Excel files, or import Google Sheets, into the Knowledge Base. Agents can then look up rows, filter and calculate totals instead of guessing from text. Agents that use the Knowledge Base can also find a relevant spreadsheet on their own, without a separate tool for each file.

Team notifications in Slack or email

A new Notifications page lets you decide where alerts go when an agent hands a conversation to a person or a customer submits a form. Send them to Slack or email, and reuse the same destinations across rules.

Choose the model behind each tester

Each tester in your Test Suite can now use its own model, and new test results show which model did the judging.
